Nikitas Konstantellos

Chairman & CEO, ICAP CRIF

Nikitas Konstantellos is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ICAP CRIF, the largest Business Information, Credit Risk Management, and Consulting Services Group in Southeastern Europe, with operations in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, and Cyprus.

As CEO of ICAP from 2007 until its acquisition by CRIF at the end of 2021, Nikitas led the company’s transformation, overseeing more than a fourfold increase in its business, growing the organization to approximately 1,200 employees, €94 million in annual revenue, and €10.8 million in EBITDA. Under his leadership, ICAP strengthened its position as the region’s leading provider of business information, risk management, and advisory services.

Prior to joining ICAP, Nikitas held senior executive positions across consulting, banking, and industry. He served for 16 years as General Manager and Head of Consulting at KPMG, was a Senior Consultant at Hay Group, Head of Human Resources at an investment bank, and Assistant Procurement Manager at Papastratos.

Nikitas holds a degree from Athens University of Economics and Business, an MBA in Management and Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, and a Diploma in Training and Human Resource Development from Thames Valley University in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is an Honorary Member and former President of the Hellenic Association of Chief Executive Officers, and serves on the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises and the Entrepreneurship Club. He is a strong advocate of building a better business environment through successful companies that embrace ESG principles while fostering healthy, engaged, and high-performing workforces.
