Dimitrios Bourpoulas is the Head of ESG at Artemis Credit Bureau. He joined the organization in 2023 to lead the Interbank ESG Assessment Project for Cypriot businesses, with the broader mission of collaborating with key stakeholders in the Cypriot market to develop and implement strategies that promote environmental sustainability, advance social responsibility, and strengthen corporate governance practices.
Prior to joining Artemis Credit Bureau, Dimitrios worked for international organizations, bringing over 15 years of experience across the banking, fintech, insurance, and financial data analytics sectors in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
In parallel, Dimitrios serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of an international fintech company.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Statistics from Columbia University. He also holds a professional certification in Artificial Intelligence (“Artificial Intelligence: Implication for Business Strategies”) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a professional certification in Sustainable Investing from Harvard Business School
