{"id":4233,"date":"2026-07-02T11:55:18","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T08:55:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/creditriskmanagementconference.com\/?post_type=people&#038;p=4233"},"modified":"2026-07-07T10:28:27","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T07:28:27","slug":"nikitas-konstantellos","status":"publish","type":"people","link":"https:\/\/creditriskmanagementconference.com\/el\/people\/nikitas-konstantellos\/","title":{"rendered":"Nikitas Konstantellos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"pdq2pgselectionanchorcontainer\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Nikitas Konstantellos<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"> is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">ICAP CRIF<\/span>, the largest Business Information, Credit Risk Management, and Consulting Services Group in Southeastern Europe, with operations in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, and Cyprus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"815\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">As CEO of ICAP from 2007 until its acquisition by CRIF at the end of 2021, Nikitas led the company&#8217;s transformation, overseeing more than a fourfold increase in its business, growing the organization to approximately 1,200 employees, \u20ac94 million in annual revenue, and \u20ac10.8 million in EBITDA. Under his leadership, ICAP strengthened its position as the region&#8217;s leading provider of business information, risk management, and advisory services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"1217\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Prior to joining ICAP, Nikitas held senior executive positions across consulting, banking, and industry. He served for 16 years as General Manager and Head of Consulting at <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">KPMG<\/span>, was a Senior Consultant at <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Hay Group<\/span>, Head of Human Resources at an investment bank, and Assistant Procurement Manager at <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Papastratos<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1928\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Nikitas holds a degree from <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Athens University of Economics and Business<\/span>, an MBA in Management and Human Resources from <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Loyola University Chicago<\/span>, and a Diploma in Training and Human Resource Development from <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Thames Valley University<\/span> in collaboration with the <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development<\/span>. He is an Honorary Member and former President of the <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Hellenic Association of Chief Executive Officers<\/span>, and serves on the General Council of the <span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Hellenic Federation of Enterprises<\/span> and the Entrepreneurship Club.
