Andreas Kostouris is the Head of Communications at the Cyprus Banks Association. He studied Journalism and worked for various media organizations in Cyprus for eleven years before joining the Cyprus Banks Association in 2016.
During his career as a journalist, Andreas specialized in economic and business reporting, covering many of the most significant events in Cyprus’s recent economic history. His reporting provided extensive insight into the country’s financial sector and broader business environment.
In his current role, Andreas is responsible for maintaining effective communication and fostering strong relationships with independent authorities and organizations, government departments and agencies, political figures and parties, as well as the media. He plays a key role in supporting the Association’s public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and external communications strategy.
