Dr Manolis Diakourakis is the Manager of Operations, Data Analytics and Project Management at Artemis Credit Bureau. He joined the organisation in 2020, assuming responsibility for the Information Technology Department, and has held his current position since October 2025. His responsibilities include the management of the Credit Scoring system, ensuring data quality, and leveraging data analytics to improve the organisation’s services. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in information systems, electronic payments and project management. Prior to joining Artemis Credit Bureau, he worked for 16 years at JCC Payment Systems, where he was involved in the development of financial systems and digital payment services, including the coordination of the transition of Cypriot banks to the latest 3D Secure authentication standards. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public and Business Administration from the University of Cyprus, as well as a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University. In parallel, he teaches at the University of Cyprus and serves on the Research Committee of the Association of Consumer Credit Information Suppliers (ACCIS).
